My first AHSC of the year - also my first in awhile! :) I had a need for a Get Well card this weekend, so I decided to use this week's sketch for the card.

I think that the two swirly wreath-like shapes from SU! Swirly scribbles look like a rose - which pairs perfectly with CTMH's Hello Lovely paper pack. I cut out 1 of each in a patterned paper from Hello Lovely, and then 3 of each in White Daisy cardstock. I wanted my rose to have a layered look, so I used CTMH Liquid Glass randomly between the layers. You can't see the layers well from the angle of the picture, but I thought it came out kinda cool!

ReplyDeleteThe swirl does look like a rose...I like using liquid glass for dimension and it shows well on your swirl. Very creative and pretty card.
