Yesterday at work (during lunch hour), we had a card-making class. Myself and two of my co-workers each designed a card; I designed a birthday card, and there was a Valentine's Day card and a sympathy card. There were 9 people signed up for the class. We decided to do the cards in stations, 3 people to a station. Once everyone was done making the card at that station, they moved onto the next. It was kind of like speed dating...except in a card-making class! It worked really well, because we didn't have a huge line of people waiting to use one stamp or ink colour. We did the 3 cards in less than an hour. The "students" were thrilled with their cards. We had quite a few ladies who had never made cards before and they were so surprised that they could make cards that looked as good as the samples! Card-making is SO EASY :) As well, we had a lot of interest afterwards, because the "students" went back to their floors and shared the cards that they had made...
